This one deserved a special place and a wee come back to say hey ❤
Lots of change has happened in our lives of late - we have moved from forest to sea - living out this beautiful life at the sea together. I could write a novel on life but that's for another day.
Through all this change , upheaval and growth we have stuck together and chose love and on the 21st of Oct my 31st birthday - this beautiful lady got down on one knee on 'our beach' infront of the maiden tower and committed to life together-
as cheesy as it sounds, it was the easiest YES of my life. We are giddy🌹 and all this beautiful energy is being channelled into our Craft for @pucafestivalireland this weekend.

So we have been off the radar busy crafting away with children in different youth services and projects and it has been amazing 🧡
Today we were asked to work at a celebration that the Taoseach was attending. Now I want you to remember we are a 2 woman band- mindfullness crafters popping from market to market, crafting with children duren the week, making magic wishes in the well at Tara at any given chance- far from it DreamCatchingDuo were reared as they say haha ! I recently talked about "arrow days" today was another one of those arrow days !!
Forever grateful for the opportunities we receive in this dreamy life , the paths we cross and the people we meet. Keep looking for those Arrows guys , the dreamer you make it , the dreamer it becomes 🌸🌿🌻

Look at this sunshine face in our sunshine market on a sunny Saturday in #stoneybatter 🌞
Little story time with Bexs...
So this week it will be 5 years since our first market ☘
And at that point we were keen on the idea of openeing an art cafe in Sligo- we were gonna work for ourselves, be able to be home with our future family whilst also connecting and creating with cool people in the community. So over the years the vision gets clouded with the trudge of life , roads that seem windy and long , full of questioning.
The hue of the vision always in our hearts and in every action , every piece we create but the art cafe talked about less and less and what market , festival, fair ,workshop in its place. Well today on what seemed like an ordinary favour for a friend - Trish and I ran a cafe - making coffees for the community whilst selling our art.
It may not sound the excast same as the vision this time 5 years ago,
But I know there is a remembering in my heart as I write this - a knowing that nothing happens by chance and that there are always arrows on the path should we look for them-
and today had arrow energy ❤ I share these little stories to potentially ignite hope in the heart of a fellow dreamer who's heart and journey right now feels heavy !! Look for the arrows and never give up 🌿 life is ALWAYS worth it 🌈 Le grà mòr ,

Tie- Dye Workshop - Magic 🌈
2 days in 4 to go and finding our Tie Dye Flow.
Its unbelievable nomatter how much I do things - I still suffer from a bit of imposter syndrome,
The best way for me when I am feeling like this coming up to something is to tunnel deeply into my mindful practises and in doing so keeps me grounded , focused and much more chill about things then I could be if I wasnt practising mindfullness 😂
But what's cool is the thing that gets me into this 'imposter Syndrome ' state is the responsibility I feel to show up as my best self and as a good adult for these young people,
And what mindfullness helps me remember is that children learn mindfullness through mindfullness.
To teach is to be. Our aim is always to encourage mindfullness through craft.
To keep the hands busy and the mind still is a skill and it's cool to explore this whilst bringing the room to colour with Tie Dye🌈 Tie Dye can be chaotic and fun and it can also be slow and mindful -
Anybody who knows Trish & I knows we aim for somewhere in the middle !

Tuesday Trips To Tara are our favourite 🌸🌻🌿
Big plans, dreams, wishes, healings, gratitudes happen here amongst normal couply moments drinking coffee and haven the chats and smiling at all the strangers ❤ Some days we spend hours , others a quick 10 mins and off we go , then home to incorporate the magic through action towards our dreams in the craft shop 💜🌛💙 Tuesdays always seem to be filled with an extra touch of magic and today we got word we get to have some Tie- Dye fun with some very cool littlies over the easter holidays !!
It's a dream , it's a journey , its life and its beautiful if you can take the time to let it be.
It's not always easy but it's always always worth it 🌿🌸🌻

What do your tools like like ?
This week after a bracelet workshop I was emptying away my box of tricks- my tools. As I lay them out in front of me I was smiling away to myself-
Thinking Little Becca would be only delighted with her self and the work she does 😂 on a good day it's more like play then work , and today was one of those days ! Its amazing to me that what I turned to in search of a tool to help me live peacefully in my own body and learn how to lean in to myself all those years ago, have not only helped me achieve that but have also became the tools I use now as my work. That to me is magic - the circle of life- add in that we were making magic gemstone bracelets with littlies and I cant help but laugh at the beautifulness. The universe always knows what shes doing and if you can Trust and walk the journey as close to your own authentic self as you can , trusting what is right for you at every point. One day you come home and empty your work box and smile at the aligned magic before you with a knowing that your excatly where your ment to be , doing exactly what it is your here to do 💙💜 I am grateful!! Happy Friday 🌻🌈🌞
